I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of experience, having practiced since 2000. My approach is eclectic—I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychoanalytic traditions, blending what works best for you. I have specialized training in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, a naturalistic approach that works with your unconscious mind to facilitate lasting change. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I’m passionate about tailoring each session to your unique needs, using what actually works for you. Clients describe me as kind, gentle, approachable, and deeply committed to their wellbeing—qualities that reflect my genuine investment in your growth and healing.
